Return and exchange details

I do accept certain items eligible for return*

Please contact me within 2 days of the arrival of your order to make arrangements for return or exchange. A photo of the item(s) must be submitted with your request for return. All items eligible for return must arrive back to Earthway Art in perfect condition, and in it's original packaging. *Items excluded from eligibility for return/refund are as follows: custom orders, and any items that are on sale.
