"Old Big Arrangment"
An approximate rendition of a medicine wheel formation near to Majorville Alberta, known as "Omahkiyaahkohtoohp" which is Blackfoot for "Old Big Arrangement". It features a 9 m. diameter central cairn, with 28 radiating spokes enclosed within a 28 m. diameter ring. There is a large boulder placed between the main formation and a crescent shape of 7 rocks producing alignments with the central cairn. If the crescent and boulder are viewed as the moon and morning star, it shares a configuration used by many cultures throught the world, with the central cairn representing the sun. Numerous rock groupings and marker rocks in the area surrounding it suggest several solar alignments.
